Goods: location, cleanliness of common area Could have been improved: Staff courtesy and rudeness, building construction quality, parking space for cars, slow elevators. Elevators downtime is high.

Fantastic place to live. Close to big C shopping centre and vegetables and fruits market. Short distance walking to BTS and so many facilities. The place is very clean, modern, has security, swimming pool, excersies room. The staff is helpful.

Lift out of service every couple of days, Power outage every week. Centipede/millipedes are in my room from out of no where, roaches coming out from the bathroom pipes. Stay away from this Condo

New and good condo with reasonably nice facilities like a pool and small gym There is no convenience shop on the site currently but it is less than 100 yards walk to the nearest family mart I stayed in a 1 bedroom unit and it was reasonably comfortable The price seems quite good value but it is not so close to the BTS and traffic on On Nut road can be a nightmare

Luxury condo units ideally located at the heart of On Nut district. Walking distance to Big C supermarket and People's Park mall. A bit farther, there is Tesco Lotus supermarket. Only 750 meters to On Nut BTS station and 600 meters to Cineplex movie theater and mall. Many shops, markets, massage parlors, etc, around the condo. Overpass bridge at the main entrance to across the busy Sukhumvit 77 road in rush hour. Common laundry machines, including driers, at the ground level, and 7 eleven machines for your emergency or last-minute shopping. Filtered water dispenser as well. Big spaces to walk around and do some exercises. Well equipped fitness area opposite the swimming pool at level 6th. I'm very happy living there. Neighbors are nice as well. It's one of the best condos out there!

Lovely and clean High Rise Building with an awesome city view! Staff is nice and welcoming. Make sure to check out the Noodle Soup Place opposite the building/street, right under the bridge (there are two places, but i mean the one right next to the motorbike taxi guys) - tastes delicious. For good Coffee and drinks I highly recommend DNA Coffeeshop, around 250 m down the road (direction BTS, same side as the building). And for good Thai Milk Tea, go around 250m opposite way (direction People Park Mall), she makes the best one!
